Online Record Search

To access the available online records, please visit SFFlexSuite® Web. Existing users can log in normally, new users should click the Sign Up link in the upper right corner to create an account.
Only one account is required to access all participating counties using SFFlexSuite® Web.

Options to View and Print Document Images

  1. Credit Card instant time passes - allow users unlimited search, view and document print ability for the time period of their pass. Time starts at the time of purchase.
    • 1 hour pass    $25.00 plus convenience fee
    • 15 Minute pass    $7.00 plus convenience fee
  2. Subscription for monthly pass $100. Requires signed contract and prepayment. Contact the Recorder at 660-265-3630.
  3. Subscription for Batch document download, Unlimited Search and Print Documents or other related questions – Contact the Recorder at 660-265-3630 for an application and pricing.

Data Availability

  • Real Estate, Tax Lien, and Marriage License information begins on JANUARY 1, 2000.
  • Documents are current to the close of the last business day.
  • NOTE: Marriage Licenses will be available online with limited index information, and images will be available.

Instructions to sign up on SFFlexSuite® Web

  • Click on the Sign Up link in the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
  • Fill out all required information, read the disclaimer and check the box, then click Submit.
  • Find the appropriate group in the list that appears and click the [+] button for the row to request access to the records. You may need to use the arrows at the bottom of the list to change pages to find it.

List of Groups for Sullivan County

  • For credit card access to indexes and images: SULLIVAN COUNTY PUBLIC
  • For subscribers with access to indexes and images: SULLIVAN COUNTY SUBSCRIBERS (PRINT IMAGES)
  • For subscribers with access to indexes and images with batch download capability: SULLIVAN COUNTY SUBSCRIBERS (BATCH DOWNLOAD IMAGES)
  • All of the above groups have access to limited index information of marriage licenses.

To Access Credit Card Payment Interface

  • Click the Application Window button (the colored squares at the top of the screen) and click on the Settings tab. Note that this window will automatically open when you sign into the website once you are a member of any county group.
  • Go into the User Profile application and click on the Check Out button (the shopping cart icon). If the form does not appear, make sure that you have your browser's popup blocker disabled for the website. You may see a button or icon appear in the address bar indicating that the popup has been blocked, clicking it then selecting the option to allow popups from https://www.sfflexsuiteweb.com will disable the blocker for the site. After that, you may click on the Pay By Credit Card button again and the form should open properly.
  • After successfully completing the credit card transaction and being redirected to the User Profile, click on the Application Window button and choose the 'SULLIVAN CO' tab.
  • Click on the icon for the application you wish to use and enter any search terms into the form.
  • Click on the search button (the magnifying glass icon) to perform the search.
  • To view detailed information and any images associated with a document, click on the Details button at the left of the row for the desired document.
  • To exit the web portal, click on log out button (the door icon) at the top right corner of the screen.
